Role Overview:

As a Driver Recruiter, you’ll be on the front lines of our growth strategy, finding and engaging qualified drivers who are eager to join a company that values their expertise and dedication. You’ll play a key role in shaping their driver community, helping them meet the evolving needs of their clients. This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 to $85,000 plus bonuses, with locations available in either Houston, TX or Princeton, NJ.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and attract skilled drivers across dedicated, regional, local, and intermodal divisions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather necessary documentation, and support candidates through the hiring process.
  • Collaborate closely with operations and management teams to understand driver needs and align recruitment efforts.
  • Maintain detailed records of recruitment activities and candidate interactions to help optimize the hiring pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Experience in recruiting, preferably within the trucking or transportation industry (but open to motivated recruiters with related experience).
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine ability to connect with people.
  • Organized and proactive, with an ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfort navigating candidate databases and standard recruiting software.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.
