We are seeking an experienced Truckload Brokerage Branch Manager to lead and grow a high-performing team of six brokerage professionals. This role is responsible for driving revenue and profitability, hiring and developing talent, and ensuring the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 brokerage staff
- Drive business growth through strategic sales and customer development
- Manage daily brokerage operations to ensure efficiency and service quality
- Recruit, train, and retain top talent
- Monitor and achieve KPI targets related to revenue, margin, and service
