 About the Role:

As a Truckload Brokerage Business Development Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in expanding their client base and growing our brokerage operations. This is a remote position that offers the flexibility to manage your own book of business, supported by a competitive base salary and commission plan tied to your performance. If you thrive on identifying new opportunities and enjoy shaping solutions that work for both carriers and clients, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage new clients to expand the truckload brokerage network
  • Develop tailored solutions that align with client logistics needs and carrier capabilities
  • Manage and grow your book of business to meet revenue and profit objectives
  • Collaborate closely with carrier operations and internal teams to ensure smooth, reliable service delivery
  • Build long-term relationships based on trust, transparency, and mutual success

Experience Requirements:

  • Experience in truckload brokerage or logistics business development, particularly within asset-based carriers
  • Strong communication skills and a knack for building and maintaining client relationships
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with a results-oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of freight markets, pricing, and contract negotiation
  • A flexible approach to challenges and a genuine desire to grow alongside a collaborative team
