A leading, Midwest-based transportation and logistics provider with over $500M in revenue is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Sales to drive strategic growth across its portfolio of services. This is a high-impact executive role reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, with full responsibility for enterprise sales strategy and marketing execution.
About the Role
This leader will own the development and execution of a comprehensive go-to-market strategy across managed freight, highway brokerage and contract logistics. You will play a critical role in expanding enterprise accounts, strengthening brand positioning, and building a scalable, high-performing sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise sales strategy focused on revenue growth and market expansion
- Develop and execute strategic plans across brokerage, manage transportation, and contract logistics offerings
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales and marketing team
- Establish and grow relationships with large, complex enterprise clients
- Collaborate with operations and executive leadership to align service delivery with customer expectations
- Drive pipeline development, RFP strategy, and key account penetration
- Analyze market trends and competitive positioning to inform growth initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience within transportation, logistics, or supply chain services
- Proven track record of winning and growing large enterprise accounts
- Deep expertise in brokerage, managed transportation, and/or contract logistics solutions
- Experience leading high-performing, geographically dispersed teams
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at the C-suite level
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
