Role Overview:
As a Bilingual HR Business Partner, you won’t just manage human resources, you’ll be the trusted bridge between our diverse workforce and management, shaping an environment where people thrive. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with leaders to develop HR strategies that align with business goals
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts with a bilingual approach
- Advise management and employees on performance, engagement, and conflict resolution
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies while maintaining a compassionate touch
- Drive initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture and employee development
- Handle employee relations with sensitivity and discretion, fostering trust across the organization
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in each
- Experience in HR within warehousing, transportation, or related industries is a big plus
- Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices
- Natural problem solver with a people-first mindset
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, midsize company environment where your input makes an impact
