Neal joined the firm in 2000 after a successful career in the transportation industry. Like many transportation professionals he began his career in the less-than-truckload sector and later moved to the truckload market. During his career he held positions ranging from Terminal Manager to Chief Operating Officer. Neal has established himself as one of the top executive recruiters in the transportation/logistics industry. His knowledge and experience have made him an invaluable resource to his clients and candidates.
Neal and his wife Kayla moved back to their home state of Texas in 2008. They live out in the country east of Sherman. When he’s not “head-hunting”, you’ll most likely find him sitting on the front porch deciding which chores can be put off one more day. Scott joined the firm with over 35 years of experience in the transportation industry. He started in the industry driving a water truck for an off-site container company as a summer job while in college, and now comes to the firm with managerial experience in recruiting, capacity, operations, and logistics. Before joining High Road Partners Inc., Scott worked at top companies in the transportation industry include Final Mile Distribution for Big Box and E-Commerce, Less Than Truckload and Dedicated Contract Services. His wide knowledge of the trucking industry and passion for building relationships makes him a key asset in recruiting executive talent for transportation related companies. Scott strives to help clients build the best teams by matching positions with the best candidates possible.
After 40 plus years living in Washington state, Scott moved back to the East Coast with his wife, Barbara, where they currently reside in North Beach, Maryland. Scott is a father to three daughters. In his spare time, he and his wife enjoy heading to the Eastern shore and playing with the family’s dogs on the beach. As well as spending time with his friends and family, exploring new breweries and wineries, and staying active by biking, kayaking, and surfing.

Jon has more than 35 years of sales and operations management experience in the trucking/logistics industry which includes Truckload, TMS, 3PL, brokerage, LTL, domestic and international air freight as well as small package. He was awarded Rookie of the Year in 2005 in recruiting and has since been recognized as an industry leader garnering many prestigious awards including the Platinum Circle multiple times and Corporate Recruiter of the Year. He has an extensive following on LinkedIn developing the largest and most active trucking group which currently has more than 130,000 members.
Jon and his wife Linda reside in Eureka Springs, Arkansas. Linda retired from the U of A; his daughter and son graduated from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. Jon completed 27 marathons and he enjoys biking, boating, landscaping and wine tasting.

After nearly 31 years in the transportation industry, Tammy joined High Road Partners in 2020. Initially entering the LTL industry while attending the University of Houston, her career has touched many facets of both LTL and Liquid Tank. During her career, she held positions in sales, terminal operations management and operations planning & engineering. Tammy takes equal satisfaction in the success she has enjoyed in the disciplines of V.P. of Human Resources & Safety. Tammy has joined High Road to put that vast experience to work, assisting individuals who wish to advance their careers, while helping companies find just the right candidate.
A native Texan, Tammy and her husband Tim make their home in Katy. She bleeds Burnt Orange and loves to watch her Longhorns compete on the gridiron. When not working, Tammy can be found spending time with their son and daughter, gardening, doing outdoor activities, or walking the family Dachshund, Macie.

Throughout her career, Kim has led large sales teams, developed high-producing talent, and managed complex transportation solutions for customers across multiple industries. Her experience spans from hiring, dedicated operations, strategic account growth, outbound/inbound sales, and full-cycle brokerage operations to prospecting, pricing, execution, and customer retention. Known for her energy, leadership, and dedicated work ethic, Kim has earned a reputation for building strong partnerships, driving revenue growth, and delivering results.
Kim, her husband, and daughter reside in Central Texas. Outside of work, Kim and her family enjoy traveling, spending time with friends, supporting local school sports programs, and attending her daughter’s golf tournaments.

Jeff joined High Road Partners in 2025, bringing 19 years of experience in the logistics industry. A seasoned professional in freight brokerage (3PL) and supply chain management, he has led high-performing teams, optimized operations, and built strong industry relationships. His track record includes multiple awards for driving revenue growth and profitability.
With expertise across flatbed, van, refrigerated, intermodal, hazmat, LTL, and heavy haul/specialized freight, Jeff excels at identifying and developing top logistics talent. Passionate about mentorship and career development, he has served on a university supply chain advisory board and consulted for numerous transportation-focused companies, including a tech startup.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay, where he was an NCAA Division I swim team captain. He and his wife, Cara, live outside Madison, Wisconsin. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, history, sports, fitness, and cooking.
