Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager – Dedicated Operations to lead a large-scale, high-profile transportation operation based in Denver. This role carries full P&L responsibility for a $50M+ dedicated fleet operation servicing customers throughout the Rocky Mountain region.

This is a strategic leadership position requiring a strong operator who can drive performance, lead teams, and maintain exceptional customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, asset-based environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of a $50M+ dedicated transportation operation, including financial performance, service execution, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team across operations, safety, maintenance, and driver management
  • Ensure consistent achievement of KPIs including on-time delivery, cost control, safety, and asset utilization
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, service quality, and profitability
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the operation
  • Ensure compliance with all DOT, safety, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing a large-scale trucking or transportation operation of similar size and complexity
  • Strong background in dedicated fleet operations (preferred)
  • Demonstrated success with full P&L ownership and financial management
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills
  • Ability to operate strategically while executing tactically in a hands-on environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent industry experience)
