Position Title: Brokerage Services Manager
Location: Eastern, PA or Savannah, GA

Our client, an asset-based carrier with Freight Brokerage division, is searching for leader for the Brokerage division. This person will be responsible for the development and execution of a comprehensive business plan to drive growth of the brokerage division within the “High & Heavy,” open-deck, breakbulk, and van transportation Truckload Sector.
Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred; B.S. in Logistics is ideas
5+ years of progressive responsibility in a transportation brokerage environment; asset partnered, or non-asset based
3 to 5 years in Sales-related responsibilities
Three (3) years supervisory experience.
Specialized industry experience preferred: over-dimensional, breakbulk, flatbed/open deck. Breakbulk experience is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Powerpoint); Transportation software: MercuryGate, TMW, or “custom-equivalent” that manages functions, such as pricing, load tendering, operations, and billing; navigation/mapping software/applications
Travel: 15-30%
Salary Range: mid $100’s base plus a bonus program
