We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Sales Analyst to support our Sales and Operations teams with data-driven insights that fuel revenue growth and operational excellence. This role plays a critical part in translating complex data into actionable strategies, strengthening customer relationships, and improving overall sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive customer business reviews, including compelling, data-driven presentations.
- Perform data discovery, analysis, and modeling to support business decisions.
- Identify trends and patterns in large data sets; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards to support Sales and Operations.
- Manage the flow of new sales leads, including new customer onboarding processes.
- Conduct business audits of new and existing customer accounts to ensure accuracy, profitability, and alignment.
Preferred Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience supporting a sales team in an analytical or sales operations capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google platforms, particularly Excel and Google Sheets.
- Demonstrated ability to convert data into meaningful insights and drive action.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
