Position Title: Terminal Manager

Our client, is a prominent intermodal drayage company that is seeking a Terminal Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Management of the Dispatch and Customer Service operations
- Management of Fleet Recruitment and Relations
- Developing new business
- Growing our current customer base by managing customer relationships with key decision makers
- Ensuring that there is excellent communication and teamwork among Customer Service, Fleet and Operations Management
Qualifications:
- 5 years management experience in the intermodal transportation industry
- 3 years Managing an owner-operator based fleet
- Outstanding service performance, leadership, customer satisfaction and owner-operator recruiting skills are a must
- A high degree of integrity and initiative
- Excellent management, communication, relationship building and networking skills
- Strong and proven Operations background
- Computer skills are critical and must include Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- College degree in Business, Logistics or related field is preferred
