We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Operations to lead and grow our profitable truckload brokerage division. This role requires strong leadership to manage multiple teams effectively, ensuring operational excellence and sustainable growth across diverse freight segments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and expand the truckload brokerage group with a focus on profitability and market growth.
- Provide strategic leadership and direction across multiple teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
- Manage operations spanning Flatbed, Stepdeck, OD/OS/HH, Reefer, and Intermodal segments.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance efficiency, customer satisfaction, and revenue generation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and leverage industry best practices.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and carrier relations to optimize logistics solutions.
Compensation:
Competitive base salary complemented by a performance-based commission structure.
